Good morning to everyone. My name is kyung eun Hwang, and I'm the senior engineer at Smart Town department at Samsung SDS.
I very much appreciate this opportunity to provide you a brief presentation on the subject of Information & Communication Technology and its implication into hospitality industry. Which target audience are those among you, who are developers and consultants. For those of you who are not familiar with hospitality, and have no experience of this type of project, you may be exposed to the risk of reckless ICT implication. In order to reduce the risk, it is important to seek advice from the ICT consultant from the beginning of the development.
Through this presentation, My goal is to assure you that our company ,Samsung SDS, has great capabilities to be your ICT consultant, and solution provider and by doing so, you will come to the forefront in hospitality industry.
