A sentence of specificity

The two key questions about any intelligence report are it's credibility and specificity.

Great job! Just be careful of the contractions like it's vs its. It's means it is, and its has an ownership context, like "Look at how quickly its legs are moving!". 

In this instance, it would be more proper to say "The two key questions about any intelligence report are its credibility and specificity".
