I want to respect smokers' taste preferences. The reason why I got stressed was not because of too much work, it's because I had to work without understanding why I did it. I couldn't motivate by myself. It was like a show. I mean many employees try to show how much time they work, instead of good results. Some people think the good way to show how they are good at work is "time". They just spend their time in the company as much as possible. I think Americans don't need to "Show" like Koreans Many Koreans have a fantasy about American companies, like for example that their boss bosses always direct to juniors fairly, not as if they are idiots.
