Reflection on my work attitudes 2/2

Also, I spent over 20 minutes away from my desk when I left my seat. It is necessary for us to get some air during business hours for refreshing ourselves and cooling ourselves down. But I have often gone to the internet room when while I leave my office and have searched the internet for getting scholarship and exam information. So I will not visit the internet room during working hours as often much as possible and just get some air when I leave my desk seat. As I mentioned, I should manage my working hours properly and effectively. Moreover, I have to keep a good right attitudes on my at work. It is important to do my best to gain experience at for accumulating expertise on my work and to researching how to make things better than before. I will practice Practice what I have thought about at retrospect on my work and to I will be a better worker for at the company.
