performance review

In our company most employees expect an annual performance review. Language test result will be reflected in the employees' performance review. The english test result is  mandatory and other languages are optional. My purposes why I want to learn Japanese are two things. I'd like to talk to Japanese engineers fluently and to get  a higher grade.

Thank you for preparing a script of our day to day topic. correcetions noted are with proper use of pronouns and prepositions, study how to use them in a sentence, thank you!
