There are many illegal immigrants in Korea recently and Korean government does not allow them to stay in Korea. Most of illegal immigrants are low wage workers and their labor's three primary rights are not strictly granted. Most of them want to stay longer than legally allowed period and they want to get Korean citizenship. I do not wee there are any problem to allow them to stay in Korea and give them citizenship. The reason is Korea needs them. Someone might think that immigrants will be a huge social problems near future just like Europe and the States. I partly agreed on it because most of Koreans have not experienced living together with other ethnic groups. If Korean government reinforce border control and consistently increase legal immigrants and give a chance for illegal immigrants to change their legal position, Koreans can accept and get used to their cultures and it can give a huge momentum to our economy and way of living.
