Responsibility

If you need to cowork in a team, and the coworkers are tend to care only themselves and don't look around of them. Can you positively work with that kind of people? And would that kind of team makes some great output? Even with the people who is very eager to do something, it is hard to make some good result. Sometimes, I think it is very hard to get through this society which is filled with selfish and indifference to the other people or coworkers. This world is getting more convenient but the spirit of taking care of others is getting disapear.
