I work as a business analyst implementing IT systems for the client's company. The core competency of the job is analyzing client's business processes and researching information in order to make better recommendations. About the competency, I think I fortunately already have had. I like surverying and collecting and orgarnizing information. From that point of view, I think my job is suits me.
