Definitely, IT is the great legacy to  of the human being. By the development of IT techniques such as computers, networks, broadcasting or telecommunication, our lives have been made more convenient. Complicated and repeated work is handled with IT-wares, and we can focus on creating or valuable works. Efficiency or effectiveness has been increased innovatively. Of course, there are a lot of adverse effects (pl) of IT-wares. Focusing on the speed and efficiency makes us lose humanity or and emotion. Sometimes, private info. or wrong info. is exposed to the public, and it makes some people to the victims. So, we should consider how to use IT techniques wisely for mankind.
