ostracize

Eventhough I havn't had an experience of ostracization before, I can imagin how it would be frustrated and depressing. Not only that but other problem would be others would also feel worry that one day they could be the one from there society. Generally speaking, if you have common sence of humor and don't have abnormal thought, it is not likely for you to be the one.
However, what I like to say is everybody has weak point, If we admit the fact, we shouldn't ostracize someone. It would brake your team power and also it couldn't give any advantage to everybody.
