Petition for Sustainable Development.

For sustainable development, I want to make a few suggestions. First, we should consider the environmental effects (pl) of the development when planning to develop some areas. If the effects cannot be recovered naturally, recovering costs should be included for in the development budget. Second, global cooperation is needed for the success of the sustainable development. Many underdeveloped or developing countries are focusing on the development more than the environment or preservation. So, developed countries should support the sustainable development of underdeveloped or developing countries.

I think "effects" was a typo because you said "effects in the following sentence.
Things where there's only 1, are always definite (the sun, the moon, the American government, the environment)

This one was amazing! I hardly have any corrections for you and they're all minor. You should be proud of yourself, James!
