need to choose one big diamond or regular small peice of gold

Personally, a person having his own business is very brave, I wonder what makes hime to be so audacious, In a good period, they can earn thousands of money easily, but in an opposite period, they could have nothing. Even worst, they might lose everything they have.
Interestingly, on the newspaper, it is hard to see the failture of self buniness man.
If I look at myself, I couldn't be the one because it wouuld be so hard to manage for me to control all the risk. I rather to be salary man and have stable life.
