2. Do you agree that investing in employees is the best way for a company to success?
I agree with the statement that investing in employees is the best way to lead a company to success. There are some reasons for it.
Basically, automatic systems and machines do not work properly without humans. Competent employees can invent a better machine or improve systems which can make productivity increase rapidly.
Secondly, nowadays there are lots of difficult issues in working areas, so we need capable employees to resolve those issues.
For these reasons, it is the most important thing for a company to invest in their employees to lead to the company to success.
