3. Do you agree that a creative employee should become a leader?
I agree with the statement that a creative employee should become a leader. Here are some reasons to support the idea.
First, in the position of a leader, there are many difficult and complicated issues to deal with, and he or she has to arrange people in the team well. So he always needs novels ways during working.
Secondly, employees who work with a creative and capable leader are more likely to become a good workers (This should be plural because the earlier word, "employees," is plural.) because they can easily be taught by the leader while working together.
Therefore, I believe a creative person should become a leader.
