5. Do you agree that it is effective for two employees with different working styles to work together?
I agree with the statement working with someone who has different working style is effective for both. Here are some reasons to support the idea.
First of all, during the time working together, they are able to learn their strong point from each other, so they can apply it their own task.
Secondly, they can make up for each other’s shortcomings, the work they do together can be successful. Once I worked with a co-worker who is unlike me, at the end of the day we made a huge success on the project.
Therefore, I believe it is effective to work with someone who has different working style.
