Complaint

Hello, execuse me. Is this ABC online shoping mall customer service? I have some problems. I'm calling about a jacket that I ordered on the internat a week ago. Then I got the product this morning. I found out that you sent me the wrong jacket. I remember I ordered smaller then it. This is obviously super big size for me. To be honest, I'm pretty upset about this situation. I was supposed to wear this to my brother's wedding this weekend. Actually, it's definitly 100% your fault. So I have thought of some options to solve this situation. First, can you exchange this jacket for a smaller one as soon as possible. Otherwise, if there's no smaller size, can you refund me about it. Is there anything another way?
