Eating out 2

Excuse me. I made a reservation late yesterday about our office party. However, when I arrive at this restaurant, I find out that there is no reservation on my name. Can I talk to the manager? I am a bit upset and suprized up. I definitely made a reservation on your representative. His name is James. I need you to check my reservation from him. We are supposed to have an important meeting. My boss is going to be mad at me. It's definitely 100% your fault. I need two tables for four people and I need a private room. Because we don't want to bother others. We are so loud. And I'd like you to serve me some complementary dishes to make up causing this inconvenience.
