Frankly, I don’t know about successful interviews in other countries so I’ll tell you to be general.
I think if the applicant succeed in interview easily, he or she should be internship experience with job-relavant field although he or she has lots of specs.
If he or she doesn’t have a job-relating specs, it might not be easy for him or her to get a job.
In Korea, university students are not interested in what they study but they want to get jobs regardless of their major so they are building up many kinds of specs now.
