my current boss is really different form my previous boss.
i felt comfortable from my previous boss.
because he was outgoing person.
So, when we have free time, we quite often enjoyed to some sport together.
for example, we rode a snowboard in winter and enjoyed to hiking togather in spring.
Come to think of it, my previous boss and me had a very similar hobby. very interesting.
so I have some good expiearane with my previous boss.
On the other hands, my current boss is not good for me.
because he really love our company work, so sometimes I also have to work till midnight with him.
however, he make sure provide to rest on weekends. i love this point.
