Whenever I go to the restaurant, it reminds me of my ex-girlfriend.

In fact, I went to the restaurant with her many times and I have made many memories with her there.

That's why I go there sometimes.

Great sentences. I only made one small correction. Using the word "had" is not bad but using the word "made" makes the sentence a little clearer.
