I guess I briefly told you about the new years eve and the new year
The trouble had made from Agoda's technical cancellation of my paid accommodation.
Hotel was cancelled 2 days before the departure at the time of season on.
From then on, I had much problem in credit card and USD currency exchange. Further on and on.
The below letter is what I sent to them. Please proof reading for better communication.
They urge that there was communication error between Agoda US team and Korea team.
