Have you ever suffered from insomnia ?

I have suffered from insomnia since I sent Soli to sister and I was finally alone.
I couldnt sleep well and then the next day, my condition i pretty bad.
So I'm trying to work out very often but sometimes it does not work.
On this account, I also have mental breakdown.
Because of my many concerns, it's very hard for me to have a social life.
I heard that many women who have insomnia after marriage become stable after sometime.
So I also want to meet a lover promptly for some reasons.
