When one of my coworkers got promoted, he became my direct boss as a management.
Fortunately, he has not changed his kind personality.
However, regarding the assignments, he became a more hard-worker.
He wanted to show his perfomance as a boss, and also, I totally understand his thoughts.
So, I decided to help him and I thought I did in the same way if I were him.
That's way that I overcome some conflicts between him and me.
