He CC'd the Bursar. However, after reading those three, I thought it was the IT Director's responsibility to answer two questions out of the three. Therefore, I called the auditor and asked who had the responsibility to answer the two questions. Then, the auditor told me that the IT Director had. Therefore, I sent an email to the IT Director, saying what I heard from the auditor and attached my answer to question #11. I CC'd the Bursar.
