I live in an efficiency apartment. It is on the 3rd floor. One summer night, I couldn't sleep because of constant noises. A woman kept playing an English audio loudly and repeating after it loudly around 1 AM. When I got out of the building to find where the noises were from, I found the woman's apartment was just below mine. The windows of her apartment were all opened. While I watched what she was doing, I thought I ran into another idiot. I shouted to her in English, "You are making loud noises. It's 1:30 AM now.  **
