"I am sorry because I am Korean." This is the title of an newspaper article which was written by a S. Korean reporter, who is female and senior. She wrote the article after she met an American man in the airplane from Washington to Seoul. As soon as the man sat on his seat, he sanitized things around him, and wore a mask all the time. In her article, she admired what he did, and denounced the S. Korean government, telling it hasn't done appropriate job against COVID-19, and it made her feel sorry for the American man.  **
