During the class yesterday, you said, "Oh, gosh." right after receiving a message from you boss. Then, you stopped the class, in order to attend a conference. Did anything bad happen yesterday?
Soon I felt a severe pain on my right elbow. I found that the right side of my helmet was broken into two pieces. I thought I was really fortunate. I rode my bike a few more hours. While having a shower at home, I found I had an abrasion on my right elbow and shoulder. Before I slept that night, I was afraid that I might not wake up the next morning, or might have severe pains in my body.
