A staff member told me that the IT Dept. made him waste his time, by giving him the wrong information. After hearing that, may I say to him, "Let me say sorry for you instead of them."
I submitted my 2nd complaint on November 20. According to the rules, JEINS has to hold a committee meeting, and make a decision by January 7, However, they neither have done anything yet, nor will.
