There were many employees on/in the list, who worked here longer than me, and this year they were promoted. I have no objection against the result. When I referred to the rules about promotion. I found that getting high employee evaluation scores is prior. I told a member of JEINS HR that I would never get a high score under the current circumstance. He said that the one who officially marks my score is the Bursar. He added that after hearing about employees mainly from the heads of (the) departments, the Bursar marks scores.
