I submitted my 2nd complaint to JEINS on November 20, 2020. According to the rules, JEINS should have made a decision about it by January 6, 2021. On January 7, I sent an email to JEINS, notifying it that the deadline expired. I also asked it what was the decision. JEINS didn't reply. I sent the same email again on January 11.**
