When I asked him whether JEINS received the result report from the external investigators, he avoided answering.
The following is the message from my lawyer.
If you agreed to be transferred to other department or school, JEINS would close the case, documenting that you wanted to be transferred. One of the principles concerning workplace harassment cases is that an employer must not transfer the victim somewhere else against the victim's will, still leaving harassers as they have been. If it happens, it will be a secondary offense.
