Request a delay of the class

Carrie,
I'm writing to inform you that our phone call class will be held back to a later time at 1:45pm.
Because I will go to the funeral hall with my colleagues during lunch time. One of my collegues is suffering from the death of her father.
I'll be back to work around 1pm.
