How many days do you think are proper for a summer vacation as an office worker?
In South Korea, most office workers can take five days off maximum for the summer vacation.
In addition, whenever they want to take it, they have to wait and see policies flexibly with each other.
Because it has to be used from top to bottom. I mean the boss take a vacation first and the employees can take it later.
I think that used to be and still happen only in Asia. Thus, I want to know if that happens in America too.
