I am working as a manager of IT company now.
I joined(entered) the samsung SDS in 1992. And i have worked for 22 years.
After joining, i worked for accounting programing for 8 years,
and then i worked at personnel department for six years and a half.
After that, i came back a field department again
and i have been working as a head of the department for 8 years.
My main role is to manage and evaluate my employees.
This work is hard but i am satisfied to my job because i can show my ability best.
Especially i like feeling of being young,
because my department is composed of young employees mostly
and i am working with them.
I love my company that take responsibility of my family's happiness.
And i feel the thanks for the thing that i can work.
