Nowadays many Korean prefer to invest in American stocks rather than Korean stocks. The Korean stock index is actually going down but American stock index is going up recently. So Korean investors are sure that American stocks will give more benefits than Korean. And Korean can't get deep information about American companies. So they invest in S&P500 index or Nasdaq100 index.
